Our direct anodizing online chiller can lower down the temperature of any type of liquid, chemical and acidic solution directly without storing it in any tank and there is no need of copper coils also. The liquid or solution with high temperature will enter the input section and come out from output section with desired temperature.
Online anodizing chillers can cool down even the sulphuric acid directly.
Direct anodizing online chiller can be used in both soft Anodizing and Hard Anodizing processes.
A water cooled chiller is a cooling machine which cools down the temperature of a liquid or solution via vapour-compression or vapour-absorption using water as the cooling agent from an external cooling tower to remove the heat from the refrigerant inside the condenser.
Water cooled chiller requires a cooling tower.
Cooling Tower: A cooling tower is a heat removal device that uses water to transfer the process waste heat into the atmosphere. It removes heat from water by evaporating a small portion of water that is recirculated through the unit.
Types of water cooled chillers:
WATER COOLED SCROLL CHILLER: A water cooled scroll chiller is that type of water cooled chiller which contains a scroll compressor as the primary cooling
process. Water cooled scroll chillers are used for small cooling areas.
An air cooled chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid or solution via a vapour-compression cycle. Air cooled chillers are directly cooled by ambient air being mechanically circulated directly through the machine’s condenser coil to expel heat to the atmosphere. It uses air as the cooling agent.
Air cooled chillers do not need any cooling towers.
TYPES OF AIR COOLED CHILLERS:
AIR COOLED SCROLL CHILLER: An air cooled scroll chiller is that type of air cooled chiller which contains a scroll compressor as the primary cooling
process. Air cooled scroll chillers are used for small cooling areas.
AIR COOLED SCREW CHILLER: This type of chiller utilizes a screw compressor as the primary cooling process. Air cooled screw chillers are used for larger cooling areas.
